UMAYYAD & ABBASID:LOT of 29 common early Islamic coins, containing 5 Umayyad silver dirhams (average Fine), 7 Umayyad copper fulus (average Fine to VF), 16 Abbasid silver dirhams (al-Salih, al-Mansur, al-Mahdi, al-Rashid, al-Amir, al-Ma'mun, al-Muqtadir, al-Muttaqi and al-Mustansir, mostly VF or better, a few choice EF, the last two damaged) and 1 Abbasid copper fals (al-Muhammadiya 164, VF, but chipped), nice starter lot, retail about $600, lot of 29 pieces.
