Huari Gold Pendant. A rare Huari tumbaga (gold alloy) pendant from Peru, ca. 650 – 800 AD. It is 3" wide and is decorated with repoussé designs depicting conjoined serpents over a deity head. Four danglers are attached to the bottom edge. Strong mineral deposits. Comes displayed in Riker mount. Ex Gallatin estate.
