BRITISH COINS, Henry VIII, Silver Groat, Third Coinage (1544-1547), London, crowned bearded bust facing, initial mark lis (1544-1547) both sides, rev quartered shield of arms upon long cross fourchée, annulet in forks of cross, 2.42g (N 1844; S 2369). Obverse legend a little double-struck, a few tiny hairlines and surface flaws and pits to portrait, otherwise very fine, toned.
