BRITISH COINS, Victoria, Silver Halfcrown, 1840, young head left with two plain fillets in hair, w.w. incuse on truncation, date below, rev crowned quartered shield of arms within wreath, edge milled (ESC 673; S 3887). Lightly toned, a few tiny bagmarks and hairlines, one or two tiny rim nicks and reverse die flaw in wreath, otherwise nearly extremely fine and rare.
