Very fine, a few minor marks.
Medallic Illustrations suggests this medal possibly refers to the dowry brought with Charles's marriage to Catherine, which laid the foundation of the British Empire in India. However the MI author thinks it more likely to refer to the acquisition of territory, notably in North America and Asia
