The note has toning on the margins, a small tear on the top middle margin and possibly a minor repair on the bottom middle, but overall the note is intact and still has firm paper quality and would grade Fine to Fine+ with small faults, this note is more difficult to find issued. Scarce and attractive example of this rare note. ABNC.
