Transitional die no.1 rev., Pl. VIII, 4 obv. die dup / Pl. VIII, 1 rev. die dup; Stewartby p.323, P1a/p.261, second period, IV), lightly bowed and with hints of double striking, essential devices mostly clear; especially the overstruck regnal title, extraordinary detail to bust for this issue, deeply toned and in good metal, very fine, extremely rare.
