Victoria, a remarkable collection of currency issue Maundy sets, 1838 - 1901 (S.3916/32/43; ESC.2445-2516), all practically as struck and beautifully presented in a custom-made case by Sheppard Bros, Jewellers & Silversmiths, 23 Digbeth, Walsall (256) This is believed to have been issued in 1902 to commemorate the coronation of Edward VII, and it is possible that only five sets were issued. It is almost impossible to duplicate these days as some of the sets are extremely rare in mint state.

Estimate: £20,000-25,000
