Hidrieus, c. 351/0-344/3 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 18mm, 6.76 g 12), Halikarnassos. Head of Apollo facing, turned slightly to right; at neck, edge of his cloak held together by circular brooch. Rev. ΙΔΡΙΕΩΣ Zeus Labraundos standing right, holding long scepter in his left hand and double-ax in his right. SNG von Aulock 2366. Rare. Beautifully dark toned as found and very well centered. Extremely fine.
