Kyrenaica
Kyrene, c. 500-480 BC. Drachm (Silver, 11x14 mm, 4.26 g). Head of river god to left, in the form of a man-faced bull; behind, seed pot. Rev. Floral pattern within incuse square. BMC 19 and pl. IV, 9 (same dies). Very rare. With some horn silver deposits remaining as found, otherwise, very fine.
