Vespasian, 69-79, Antioch. Tetradrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 11.59 g 12), year 2 = 69/70. ΑVΤΟΚΡΑΤ ΚΑΙΣΑ [ΟVΕΣΠΑΣΙΑΝΟV] Laureate bust of Vespasian to left, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. ΦΛΑVΙ ΟVΕΣΠ ΚΑΙΣ ΕΤΟVΣ ΝΕΟV ΙΕΡΟV / Β Laureate head of Titus to right. McAlee 330. Prieur 108C. RPC 1942. Rare. Slightly porous surfaces but with a fine black patina. About extremely fine.
