Switzerland. Helvetii, mid 1st century BC. Quinarius (Silver, 12mm, 1.61 g), 'Büschelquinar'. Palmette made from eight curved leaves; at the center, three pellets; below, crescent. Rev. Celtic horse galloping to left; above right, crescent surrounded by pellets; below, circle of pellets. CCCBM II 223. SLM 943. A lovely, well struck and toned example. Extremely fine.
