Hadrian, 117-138, Alexandria. Tetradrachm (Billon, 22mm, 14.19 g 12), year 20 = 135/6. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙΣ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟC CΕΒ Laureate head of Hadrian to left. Rev. L Κ Nilus seated left holding reed and cornucopiae; below to right, crocodile. Emmett 878. Köln 1197. Milne 1508. A splendid example, fully silvered and in high relief, struck from fresh die and with an excellent portrait of the emperor. Good extremely fine.
