Chimu Bottle. An unusual Chimu orangeware bottle from Peru, ca. 1100 – 1450 AD. This large example is 8-1/4" high and is formed by a pair of stacked chambers. An elegant form, with intact suspension loops, highly burnished slip and good mineral deposits. Ex Gallatin estate.
