PIETAS, Rv. DIVO - AVG, Caligula, togate and veiled, standing l. in front of hexastyle temple surmounted by quadriga. He sacrifices out of patera over garlanded altar; on l., attendant leads bull to altar; on r., a second attendant holds patera; in field, S - C. RIC 36; C 9.
Exceptionally detailed obverse, large flan, green patina, good extremely fine.
