THRACE, Odessos. Circa 80-72/1 BC. AR Tetradrachm (35mm, 16.03 g, 11h). In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; ΔH in left field, star below throne, OΔH below throne. Callataÿ group 3; cf. Topalov, Odesos 32; cf. Price 1192 (no star). VF, toned, minor flan cracks, die rust and flan flaws on obverse.
