Moche Figural Jar. An unusual Moche figural jar from Peru, ca. 400 – 700 AD. This nicely detailed example is 5" high and depicts an individual with hands held to the chest. He is wearing a broad collar, stripped headdress and is sporting a jaunty mustache. Intact, strong mineral deposits. Ex Sarmiento collection.
