Neolithic Stone Beads. A group of 100 Neolithic stone beads, ca. 5000 – 3000 BC. They come from the Ounjougou culture, are 1/2" – 5/8" in diameter and are made from translucent rose quartz. Beautifully matched. Cf. Klenker "Sahara Prahistorische Artefakte II", page 87. Ex Bok collection.
