42.9 mm. Barac-287. 2nd Class, Grade 2. Multicolored enamel, silvered. The white enameled blossom at the center is surrounded by a geometrically inscribed ring with a golden finish. This is superimposed on a red, white, and blue enameled five-pointed star, which is itself is on a blue enamel stylized lotus leaf. Portions of the edge appear to be reeded. Reverse with inscriptions and numbers 7192. Original ribbon and pin-back hanger. Enamels complete and undamaged. EXTREMELY FINE.
