Q. Oppius Pr. ca. 45 B.C. Æ dupondius (?) (23.7 mm, 10.82 g, 1 h). Italian (?) mint. Very Rare. Diademed head of Venus right; crescent below chin / Q OPPIVS PR, Victory advancing left, head right, holding palm frond and plate of fruit. Crawford 550/2b; Sydenham 1277; RPC 602. F/VF.

The date of strike and mint location are uncertain. Crawford assigns the coinage to Cilicia in 88 B.C., Grant calls them Syrian issues of the late triumval period and the authors of RPC assign them to an uncertain Italian mint circa 45 B.C.
