Elagabalus. AD 218-222. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.38 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck AD 219-220. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Fortuna standing left, holding wand over globe and cornucopia. RIC IV –; Thirion –; BMCRE –; RSC –; Arnold –; Kelly –. Good VF, deeply toned. Very rare with bust also wearing cuirass and Fortuna reverse, unpublished in the standard references.
