KINGS of THRACE, Macedonian. Lysimachos. 305-281 BC. AR Tetradrachm (28mm, 17.17 g, 12h). Magnesia on the Maeander mint. Struck circa 297/6-282/1 BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΛYΣIMAXOY, Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; monogram in wreath to outer left. Thompson 101; Müller 301; Armenak 825–6; Kampmann p. 29 (this coin); de Luynes 1817 (same obv. die); Meydancikkale 3624. Good VF, toned, a couple light scuffs and patch of die rust on reverse. Struck in high relief.
