IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P R TR P COS VI P P, laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / SPQR OPT IMO PRINCIPI, statue of Trajan left on horseback, holding reversed spear in right hand and Victory in left. RIC II 291; Woytek 394b; Strack 196δ2; RSC 497a; BMCRE 445; BN 674-5. Near EF, toned. A well struck example.
