James I (1603-25), third coinage, Shilling, 6.04g, sixth bust, longer curly hair, armour plain, m.m. trefoil over lis over thistle/lis (N.2124; S.2668), dark deposit in legends, flan irregularity in areas, pleasing bust, very fine and highly unusual to see three mintmarks used on the same die.
