Lambayeque Bottle. A lovely Lambayeque orangeware bottle from Peru, ca. 700 – 1300 AD.   This fine example with strap handle is 8-1/4" high and is extensively decorated with the intricate resist designs characteristic of the type.   A pair of nicely detailed figures adorn the shoulders of the chamber.   In exceptional condition, good mineral deposits.   Ex Gallatin estate.
