A Phoenician terracotta figure of Asharte, c. early 2nd Millennium BC, mold-made and in the guise of a warrior, standing on integrated plinth, left hand against her chest. Nicely detailed with traces of white slip remaining underneath the earthen deposits. H: 6 ½" (16.5 cm). Repaired at shoulders. Ex Orange County private collection.
