Head of Alexander the Great facing right, diademed, wearing horn of Ammon. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ΛYΣIMAXOY, Athena Nikephoros seated left, holding Nike and resting on a shield at her side, behind her rests a spear, a monogram on left, KAΛ on throne, a trident to left in exergue (Müller 266; SNG Copenhagen 1089). Residual lustre, extremely fine.
