Draped bust right, wearing stephane, set on crescent / Tyche seated left on rock, holding uncertain object and cornucopia; in upper left field, ram leaping left, head right; [to left of Tyche, Marsyas standing right, with wine skin over shoulder]; below, lighted altar surrounded by four deities wearing mural crowns and extending arms towards Tyche.
