Specimen overprint and punch cancels at the signature panels. Counterfoil at left. An extremely scarce W&S design type and the first we have offered. Fantastic color gives great appeal of the elaborate design and only subtle circulation is observed. Oval ink stamp at left on back which PMG mentions along with "Note Unaffected by Issues in Counterfoil." PMG Choice Very Fine 35.
