Haiphong. Large format design printed in green and brown. This elusive type is scarce to rare in issued form with specimen notes being the typically offered format. The fully issued note here is seen with appeal that would rival a higher grade with mostly light and even circulation. A bit of rust from staple holes is reported but the note is otherwise distraction free. Certainly one of the finer available and an offering that likely will not be duplicated in the near future.
