Saigon. This remarkable offering is the first we have handled in issued form and shows in an exceptionally large format. Pillar design styling at left and right with ornate figures. Ships at sea lower center. Purple manuscript signature left with engraved at right. Some staining and minor rust at the staple holes are observed along with a few minor notches at the top margin. Overall pleasing quality for the technical grade and certainly a rarity that may prove our estimate conservative. PMG Very Fine 25 Net. Staining, Rust, Edge Damage.
