Reimbursable in Smyrna. Large format in blue and multicolored. "ANNULE," stamp in blue. Toughra of Abdul Aziz top center. The color and detail of a Very Fine note but limited by some edge and internal splits, being quite common for this large design type. The Annule stamps were applied to these notes after the value was paid to the holder and is reason why the overprint is so frequented. An annotation at the back lower margin is mentioned. Fine.
