George VI Specimen 50 Cents 1947 Curved 7 Maple Leaf SP66 PCGS, KM36. A nearly perfect specimen with obverse surfaces displaying circular toning patterns around the portrait in varying shades of light iridescence. The reverse sports a moodier look; in fact, at first glance it appears almost fully gunmetal, but upon rotation, the protected areas explode with electric blue and champagne luster. Regardless of the fact that there are currently two specimens certified finer, this current offering is intensely pleasing and delivers in all respects, making it worthy of immediate and long-lasting attention.
