A massive "Medal for Arts and Science" awarded between 1895 and 1918, featuring the bust of Wilhelm II. The reverse is highly illustrative with an oil lamp atop a globe surrounded by various emblems of art and science, all encircled by laurel and oak wreaths with "The Merits" below. Highly attractive features throughout, virtually no wear, and nicely reflective surfaces that exhibit light handling.
