George III "Northumberland" Shilling 1763 MS64 PCGS, Royal mint, KM597, S-3742. ESC-1214. Sharply struck with a base of rich gray tone and flashy overlying blue and gold iridescence. Without question finer than the NGC MS64 that we sold in our January 2014 offering of the Eric P. Newman collection and as such, the nicest we have offered. A wonderful coin!
