Republic 25 Centimes AN 15 (1818) MS65 NGC, Port au Prince mint, KM16. Gem Uncirculated with amazingly fresh appearance and very well struck. While not rare in circulated condition (Guttag noted 3 different dies, with his # 2084 being the one of the present piece), this type rarely appears in high grades. Easily the finest seen by the cataloguer and a truly wonderful type coin.
