IONIA. Uncertain City. Ca. 680-650 BC. EL third-stater or trite (11mm, 4.43 gm). Lydo-Milesian standard. Flattened bank surface with flan crack / Blank surface, with deep test cut. Cf. Weidauer 7 (Hecte) and SNG Kayhan 673 (typeless obverse with incuse punch reverse). Somewhat granular surfaces; obverse flan crack caused by deep chisel cut on reverse. Very rare! NGC AU 5/5 - 2/5.
