Cagliari. Philip V gold Scudo d'oro 1702 MS63 NGC, KM27, Fr-145. A premium example of this type, struck while Cagliari was under Spanish rule. The reddish-gold surfaces are vibrant and glisten with an abundance of mint bloom. Notably scarce in this mint-state designation and currently the finest-known certified specimen of this type. Rare as such.
