Vittorio Emanuele III gold 100 Lire 1923-R MS61 Matte NGC, Rome mint, KM65, Fr-30. A lovely uncirculated example of this one year type with satiny, yellow-gold color and an appreciable amount of mint bloom. Even though the obverse and reverse both present surface scuffs which are common to the issue, the overall aesthetic of this coin is wonderfully pleasing.
