Japan
Meiji gold 10 Yen Year 4 (1871) MS62 NGC, KM-Y12, F-46. A most attractive one-year type featuring the representative Japanese dragon, fully-struck and within a beaded circle. The reverse design is even more illustrative with the sunburst crest superimposed on a sacred mirror, flanked by military banners. A flashy mint-state example, incredibly appealing as such.
Estimate: 4500-5000 USD
