Yi Hyong 5 Yang Year 501 (1892) MS61 NGC, KM1114. A truly striking example with silvery patina and instances of light tone surrounding the outer registers. The fields are full of exciting prooflike luster and upon rotation, the surfaces dance with illuminating light, bringing the encircled dragons to life. An extremely difficult specimen to procure in mint-state since this one-year type has a scant mintage of just 20,000 pieces. A most engaging offering, absolutely worthy of a premium bid.
