Mexico
Ferdinand VI gold 8 Escudos 1752 Mo-MF XF40 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM151, Onza-603. An attractive example of this very scarce gold bust type, a tad weakly struck, but retaining much mint bloom and limited handling marks. This type was the first struck at the Mexico City mint with official Ferdinand VI punches after the rare one-year issues of 1747 showing the imaginary bust of that king.
Estimate: 2500-3000 USD
