Paul I Polupoltinnik (1/4 Rouble) 1798 CM-MБ MS62 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-65 (R), Severin-2416. Obv. Four crowned, cruciform Russian P's. Rev. Four-line inscription in cartouche. Bright white, and lustrous, with sharply defined features.No egregious handling marks are noted, but the obverse displays minor flan flaws in the 12 to 2 o'clock range. Rare in Mint State.
