Nicholas I silver 5 Kopecks 1839 CПБ-HГ AU58 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-392 (R3). Obv. Crowned double-headed Imperial eagle. Rev. Crowned date and value in wreath. Sharply struck, with the diagnostic die-cracks on the reverse seen with all circulation examples of this issue, although this may have been the last piece off the die, as these die cracks are much heavier than on any of the few other pieces we have seen Also noted is an obverse flan flaw on the edge at 6 o'clock. An extremely rare issue, with a tiny mintage of only 1,002 pieces.
