Alexander II gold 5 Roubles 1861 CПБ-ПФ MS65 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-7, Fr-163. Obv. Crowned double-headed Imperial eagle. Date and value in a circle. Boldly struck, and lustrous, with a few minor spots. Very rare in MS64 and the only piece certified in MS65 by either NGC, or PCGS, with none certified finer.
