Alexander III gold 10 Roubles 1894 AГ XF Details (Removed From Jewelry) NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-23, Fr-167, KM-YA42. Obv. Bust right. Rev. Crowned double-headed Imperial eagle with date and value. Greenish-gold patina, with moderate contact marks. There do not appear to be any type of mount marks involved, rather, it appears that this piece might have been removed from a circular bezel at some time with the only damage being light scraping on the edges. A very scarce type.
