Nicholas II copper Proof 1/4 Kopeck 1894 CПБ PR64 Brown NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-277 (R2), Brekke-1. Obv. Crowned monogram. Rev. Date and value. Well struck, with fully-mirrored fields and some spotting on the reddish-brown surfaces. An extremely rare issue. This is the single Proof example certified by both NGC and PCGS, with only two other circulation strike pieces certified, neither of which is certified higher than 64.
