Isabella II silver Pattern 20 Reales 186X PR63 NGC, Madrid mint, cf. Calico p. 772 (this coin). An unadopted pattern by Fernandez Pescador with the incomplete date 186x. Choice Proof showing handsome old blueish toning with golden hues and surfaces essentially free of handling marks. Very rare in silver and much desirable in this attractive quality. Clearly identifiable as the Calico plate coin by the minuscule spots on the forehead and below the "G" in "GRACIA" and as such worthy of a nice premium.
