Rama III copper 2 Keping (?) CS1197 (1835) AU Details (Surface Hairlines) NGC, Birmingham mint, KM-Tn2. Obv. Lotus blossom with the date CS1197 (1835). Rev. Muang Thai ("Thailand") between two radiant stars. Moderately hairlined with deep brown surfaces that help to disguise the handling. Struck at the Birmingham mint in a tiny number of only 500 pieces. Ex. King Farouk Collection, Sold by Sotheby's in Cairo, in 1954.
