Joao V gold 6400 Reis (Peça) 1733/32-M XF Mount Removed, Vila Rica mint, KM135, Russo-281 (unlisted overdate), Gomes-133.05 (unlisted overdate), Bentes-112.06. A well detailed coin, showing little actual wear but with evidence of mount removal on the reverse at 3 and 9 o'clock, thus probably from a brooch and slightly lightweight as a result at 13.99 grams. The obverse with the all-important date appears essentially unimpaired. An affordable and still presentable example of this very rare and seldom available type.
